ANASTASIA JOHNSON

Artistic Director

Anastasia Johnson is a dance artist, teacher, and choreographer born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. After receiving her B.A in Dance along with a PreK-12 Virginia Teaching Licensure in Dance Arts from James Madison University in 2017, Johnson relocated to Maryland to further her artistry in the DMV area in 2018.

CHABRIA CANNADAY (she/her)

Company Member

Chabria Cannaday (she/her) was born and raised in Prince George’s County, MD. She has 18 years of dance experience in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Liturgical, and Musical Theater. She has several years of experience teaching dance to youth, directing, and producing shows. In 2020, she obtained her B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Arts Administration and a minor in Dance from Goucher College. She has performed works by Shani Collins-Achille, Helen Simoneau, Linda Garofalo, and Rick Southerland.Currently, Chabria resides in Alexandria, VA where she is working towards obtaining her Masters of Business Administration in Leadership and working as a Learning & Development Coordinator with Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

RAEYA MONIQUE COBB (she/her)

Company Member

Raeya Monique Cobb (she/her) began her dance training at the age of three at RJV Performing Arts Center in Temple Hills, MD under the direction of Renee Lindsay-Henry and Vicki Millard-Cobb.She has performed for UTZ Chips company, FKA Twigs, Soka Tribe, toured overseas in Djibouti, Bahrain, and Kuwait with Armed Forces Entertainment and trained with various entertainment industry choreographers. Raeya received her BS in Broadcast Journalism with a Dance minor in 2018 and continues to plan to further her education through the various avenues she enjoys every day!

JAMISON CURCIO
(she/her)

Company Member

Jamison Curcio (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist and community curator. Working at the intersections of performance art, visual art, and Black Feminism, Curcio cultivates and fosters stories of liberation and reimagining through online exhibitions and performances.As a graduate from Goucher College ('19), Jamison holds a BA in Performance Art for Social Justice and is the recipient of the 2019 Phi Beta Kappa Brooke Pierce Award in Fine Arts for choreography. In DC, Jamison is the company manager and a company dancer with Christopher K. Morgan & Artists and most recently danced in Krystal Collins/ new growth collective’s inaugural showcase Ceremony.

SHAIDAY "SUNFLXW" DANCY (she/her)

Company Member

Shaiday Dancy, also known as Sunflxw, has been dancing throughout her entire life and has dedicated her light to pursing a professional career in her creative path. After graduating from Frostburg State University in 2017 she has continued on to train in various genres in both the commercial and theatre world. The collaborations under her brand Sunflxw Artistry aim to serve light & love while cultivating creativity. Now she is happy to be working to A.J. Collabs.

IMANI LAMBERT
(she/her)

Company Member

Imani Lambert (she/her) has always had a special place in her heart for the youth of Baltimore. It is because of this that she dedicated her life to them and got her B.A. in Dance and Africana Studies from Goucher College in 2018, as well as her Education certification. Imani is now a BCPSS teacher shaping young minds at Booker T. Washington Middle School.
